Construction.
A holistically reimagined construction process, consisting of a unique blend of Biaxial, Uni-Directional and Plain Weave into our proprietary Carbon Monocoque – connecting masttrack and stance to rails and bottom, forming a cohesive whole – as well as a full S-Glass hull, enables us to now craft boards identical to our custom boards built on Maui. A tailored Hyper Skin High Density Full Sandwich layout creates the ultimate strength to weight ratio. S-Glass rail bands provide ideal torsional strength, without adding weight or stiffness.

This 6th generation has the biggest performance upgrade yet with the new V-Double-Single bottom shape, increasing speed and grip with the same easy to use volume distribution and compact outline to fit into the tightest pocket.

The combination of a more efficient rocker, bottom shape and rail taper makes the Cube 6 a much faster board.

The new Quad Carbon construction is designed to handle various wind and wave conditions. It is ready for you to ride in any ocean conditions. Built upon the renowned K300, this wave set represents the ultimate upgrade in both construction and design. The new profile provides a distinct advantage in low-end and lighter winds. Additionally, with a slight increase in surface area at the tip, the new boards can plane earlier and maintain better control during wave riding. The Carbon Composites lay-up has boosted the Top Speed by maintaining a steady flex and torsion. This set provides the best upgrade for an ultimate performance boost.

Taking our latest and most progressive wave shapes and increasing both length and width ever so slightly results in what is your go-to if you prefer a Thruster setup, yet as radical a wave board as the Quad. Akin to the Banzai concept, this is essentially one wave board tuned in two ways. Originating from the same new exuberant shapes as the Custom Quad, with the addition of a faster and sharper tail rocker, the Custom Thruster packs even more speed, stability and waft than the Quad. Easily as radical, the Thruster however is a touch more forgiving. The primary target of these progressive boards was applying the learnings from our new favorite Custom Quads and adding much more range to them. Voilà the Custom Thruster 4 Pro Carbon. Generation 4. Both boards are faster and lighter with added comfort and control. Custom built US boxes for lightness and compatibility, removed deck sticker for lightness and sustainability.
